- Have the patient think of a person who wronged them and what they did and test and indicator muscle, which will test weak.
- As the person continues to think about how they were victimized, TL the beginning and end acupuncture points on the face to see which cancels out weakness.
- Tap the head point as the patient repeats: “My heart is filled with love and forgiveness.”
- Have the person think about the person again and they will now test strong. Ask them how they feel about them now.
- If you do not forgive, you take on the characteristics of the person who you think wronged you.
- Holding resentment for someone is like taking poison yourself and hoping they die
